    We are producing our each dryer as tailor made with high composition between the equipments of dryers by our engineering, experiments and recommendation of our customers using high quality materials.

    If we check the specialties, advantages and benefits of our dryers:




  • The structure of dryer is strong by 90x90x3mm carbon steel profiles.
  • Inside and outside of profiles are coated by 2mm sheet metals and between sheets metal is filled by insulation in walls, floor and ceiling of body.
  • All of our machines are designed by computer, using laser cutting system, mechanical and electrical parts are made. Electronic materials, worldwide famous brands are choosen (Siemens, Merlin Gerin,Telemecanique, Omron, Prelli, Watt Motor, Yilmaz Reducer, Fiberflon Belts..etc).
  • Our each chamber is 2200 mm in length. Normally other producers chamber length is 2000mm, that means we are 10% bigger than our competitors.
  • Each chamber has high efficiency and low energy consumption blowers, which are specially designed according to each machine type (number of pass, conveyor belt width, heating systems etc.).
  • The location of our blowers is diagonal, for example in two chamber’s dryer two blowers is on the right side, and two blowers are at the left of the machine. By this diagonal blower location our dryer can make very homogen drying with equalized flow ratio, temperature and humidity of air circulation. Without any difference in the fabrics.
  • The most important subject for a relax dryer machine is to keep fabric at the relax position while drying process. For this reason our dryers have multiple over feeding specialty to keep fabrics on relax position in machine. Therefore our three pass relax dryer has 4 times over feeding from entrance to exit in machine. By this way fabric can find possibility to get shrinkage during the drying process by the wave effects one each conveyor belt. Otherwise fabric will be stretched in the machine and shrinkage will be damaged.

  • Our dryers make different wave effects at the passages of machine according to necessities of a perfect drying process.
    As known;

    Fabric can get effect for shrinkage and soft handling after the humidity reduced approximately 20% – 30%. With this feature the type of our fabric waves are different according to number of passages.

    For example, at the first pass there are small and uniform sinusoidal waves to get more drying capacity and reduce the humidity of fabric without any stretching.

    At the second pass our dryer gives bigger and stronger wave effects to fabric with more reduced humidity of fabric.

    Finally, last pass is most important for shrinkage and soft handling effects.

    Therefore our dryers make strong and un-uniform wave effects at the last pass.

    As an option at the 1st chamber of last pass, there is air jet tumbling system to give extra effects to fabric, by the beating fabric between two conveyor belts with switched hot air circulation.

    After finishing drying effect process, fabric comes to wooden (which is produced by special woods) cooling belt with last over feeding.

    The temperature of fabric reduces aprox. 80 C/100 C to 40 C/50’C while transferring to platter on this wooden belt, that means our effects has been protected after process, before plating of fabric into fabric trolley.

    If this last over feeding should not be, the effects of fabric should be damaged by the stretching with 80-100’C fabric temperature.

    The exhaust system of our dryers has been specially calculated and designed according to each dryer type.

    Our each exhaust fan has been projected and produced according to specifications of its dryer that means we don’t use same exhaust fan type for the all model of dryers. Therefore our dryers use the heat energy very economically.

    If one of our dryer is running with 90% full conveyor belt widths then no need any exhaust energy saving system because of our calculations and design. Furthermore, the exhaust system has been protected from the dust by the stainless steel filters.

    The conveyor belts edge control system of our machine has been specially designed. The system is working by electro-pneumatic equipment from both sides.

    By this way belts can get equal tension from both sides for the direction control and they can keep their woven structure form during their whole life without any deformation.

    With the explained specialties above:

    Our customers can get maximum production capacity, maximum shrinkage and soft handling effects, with minimum running costs of our dryers at minimum space of their plants.

    For this reason we get repeat orders whenever the customer increases the production.

    Swell Soft Vs Conventional Machinery






    We all know conventional machinery of the world works by the same method that:

    They have two cells in one chamber, they do pneumatic fabric transfer from one cell to other cell by the air flow of blowers with very high energy consumption. By this way fabric bump to grids of cells one by one and try to get effect.The fabric transferring by air flow cannot be good enough for heavy fabrics, furthermore capacity and quality of process can reduce by the negative effect of dust and dirt on the filters. Known conventional continuous tumbler machines cannot complete the process by one pass and for this reason they have to pass same fabric many times forward and backward while process, by this way internal fabric friction can be a reason of losing weight of the fabric.

    In our patented technology fabric is moves only in front direction by mechanical pullers with very less energy. And process can be completed while fabric is continuously passing once from the machine.

    Our special designed and patented multiple beaters gives soft effect to fabrics mechanically from both side or from the selected one side, take out the dust, make swelling and stand up piles. By the Same time the heated circular air helps to effect and collects the dust into the filters which came from the fabric by the beating.

    Each beater works same time as an expander, by this way our machine can make 100% open width process and we can get very homogen effect results for whole the fabric without losing weight.

    We can reach 200’C chamber temperature safely, if there is necessity we can give steam into chamber homogen mixed by circulation air. Our process technology needs very less energy than conventional machines because of mechanical fabric transfer and expander-beaters. The dust collecting on the filters cannot reduce the process quality and capacity. The general cleaning of the machine is very easy and quick than conventional machines. Even the internal areas of machine is easily reachable and designed in a way that they do not holds the dust.

    The noise level of the machine is average 80 Db, electric and heat energy consumption of the machine are very less than other conventional Machinery, therefore we can say our Swell Soft is most environmentalist machine of the world.

    Fabric speed, beating speed and direction, chamber temperature, steaming etc. parameters are adjustable according to fabric kind and process necessities.

    Heating system is available by one of the direct burning of LPG or LNG, or thermal oil or steam heat exchangers.
