The Maidi Powered Accumulating Conveyor Line is a state-of-the-art material handling solution engineered specifically for the garment and textile industry. Operating at speeds between 12–30 m/min with precision DC motor control, this system provides automated sorting by style, color, and size, along with temporary buffer storage to balance production line output.
System Architecture
Built on Maidi’s proven IoT platform, the conveyor integrates seamlessly with existing production management systems. Each conveyor zone operates independently with its own DC motor drive, allowing sections to accumulate, release, and redirect garments without manual intervention. The system supports cross-floor integration via inclined sections and vertical lifts.

Sorting & Accumulation

Integration & Software
Fully compatible with Maidi’s Fengxing Intelligent Manufacturing Cloud Platform, enabling real-time production monitoring, automated dispatching, and data-driven optimization. The system supports WMS integration for end-to-end garment logistics management.
