Drive-In Pallet Racking System
The Suhong Drive-In Pallet Racking System is a high-density static storage solution operating on the FILO (First In, Last Out) principle. Forklifts drive directly into the racking structure to store and retrieve pallets on continuous rail systems, eliminating the need for individual aisles between rows. This design achieves up to 85% space utilization — significantly higher than the 45–50% of conventional selective racking.

Space Utilization
Drive-in racking achieves up to 85% floor space utilization by eliminating most inter-row aisles. Forklifts enter the racking structure via drive-in aisles, depositing and retrieving pallets on continuous rail systems. This is significantly more space-efficient than selective racking (45–50%) and is ideal for warehouses where maximizing storage volume is the primary objective.
Textile Warehouse Applications
Perfect for storing large quantities of the same product — such as finished garment cartons, yarn packages, fabric bolt cases, towel bales, and raw material packaging. The FILO system works best when inventory rotation flexibility is not required and volume storage is the priority.
